PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. - The University of Idaho men's golf team had its share of struggles on the challenging Poppy Hills Golf Club course during the Saint Mary's Invitational.

Ryan Porch had the low tournament for the Vandals with an 11-over 227, which put him in a tie for 46th. Enrique Marin tied for 50th with a 228, and Hayden Ritter and Ethan Atherstone were tied for 75th at 22-over 238. Klaus Ganter rounded out the scoring with a 253 for 81st.

Idaho combined for a 311 over the first 18 holes before coming back with a 304 during the second 18. The Vandals finished the tournament with a 316 for a 54-hole 931.

San Diego State won the tournament with an 853 with host Saint Mary's second at 865.
