Idaho (12-9, 7-3) heads back out on the road this week with a pair of matches against regional opponents. The Vandals will first go up against Idaho State (9-14, 6-4) in the first meeting of the Battle of the Domes on the volleyball court. Idaho closes the week with a trip to Eastern Washington (6-13, 3-7).
Idaho defeated the Bengals almost a year to the date (Oct. 27) last season, 3-1.
Sarah Sharp led the Vandals with 17 kills.
Haylee Mathis recorded a double-double (30a/12d) and
Kaela Straw recorded 15 kills.Â
The Vandals and Eagles met two weeks ago in Moscow. The Vandals won, 3-1, on their Dig for a Cure night. Sharp led the team with 17 kills.
Reece Carman totaled 12 kills and
Torrin Crawford rounded out the night with 10. Idaho hit .315 percent on the night and totaled eight blocks.Â

Abby Garrity led ISU with 14 kills in the win. Haylie Keck leads the Big Sky and is 28th in the NCAA with 0.44 aces per set. She is also solid on defense, ranking third in the Big Sky with 4.59 digs per set. As a team Idaho State is second in the conference with 1.44 aces per set.

Idaho outhit EWU .315 to .211 percent in Idaho's 3-1 win on Oct. 14.Â
