Idaho (15-10, 10-4) close out the 2017 regular season on the road this week. The Vandals will finish off with Montana (7-20, 2-13 BSC) on Thursday and Montana State (9-14, 5-9 BSC) on Saturday.Â
Idaho swept the two schools earlier this season to open Big Sky play.Â
Idaho used nine team blocks to shutdown the Lady Griz back on Sept. 23. Idaho hit. 234 percent, while holding Montana to just .071 percent. Junior
Alycia Wodke finished with a season-high 26 digs.Â
The Vandals got 13 kills from
Kaela Straw in the home-opener against Montana State. Idaho dominated the night, hitting .360 on the attack and holding the Bobcats to .019 percent. The Vandals totaled 12 team blocks, led by junior
Haylee Mathis' six.Â

About Montana: The Lady Griz were eliminated from tournament contention last week with a pair of losses to Portland State and Montana State. Montana ranks 10th in the conference this season, hitting .164 percent. Ashley Watkins leads UM with 9.63 assists per set. She has totaled 924 assists this season, ranking sixth in the Big Sky.

About Montana State: The Bobcats are in the hunt for one of the final two Big Sky Tournament slots still open. They open the week with Eastern Washington, before closing the season with Idaho. Allyssa Rizzo sits third in the conference with 4.70 digs per set. She is also fifth in the Big Sky with 432 total digs. Offensively, Natalie Passeck leads the team with 3.11 kills per set.Â
