Chris King will bring you the action all season long on the Vandal Radio Network, starting approximately 30 minutes before tipoff every night.

LAST TIME OUT: Idaho headed to Boise to take on UC Irvine at CenturyLink Arena, falling to the Anteaters 67-59.  Victor Sanders led Idaho with 17 points, while Brayon Blake went for his fourth double-double of the season with 11 points and 13 rebounds.

NON-CONFERENCE SUCCESS: Idaho finished the non-conference portion of the season at 8-4.  In Don Verlin's now 10 seasons with Idaho, the eight early-season wins are tied for the most.  The Vandals had eight early-season wins during the 2015-16 season, Idaho's best season (by wins and losses) since the early 1990's.

BIG SKY PLAY: Idaho kicks off the Big Sky season with the defending champions, North Dakota.  North Dakota won the regular season and the Big Sky Tournament a season ago.  Idaho fell to UND in both meetings last year.

The Vandals were picked to finish first in the preseason polls, by both the coaches and the media.

BUCK NIGHT COMING UP: Idaho won't be back in Moscow until January 4, when Sacramento State comes to town for the Big Sky home opener.  The Vandals want a packed house that Thursday night to celebrate the start of conference play and will be offering $1 hot dogs, soft drinks and popcorns all game long.  Ticket deals are also in full effect, with High School Night-prices of just $2 for general admission.

NOTES: Check the notes package, linked at the top of the article, for more notes and stats ahead of the game.
