LEWISTON, Idaho—Idaho women's tennis remained perfect in Big Sky play, defeating North Dakota 6-1 on Friday. The win moves the Vandals to 4-0 in conference play.

Idaho (6-3, 4-0 BSC) jumped out to another fast start in doubles play. The Vandals took the opening point for the eight straight match. Marianna Petrei and Lucia Badillos continued to dominate in the No. 1 position, improving to 7-0 on the season. The duo took down UND's Faith Lee and Preethi Kaslingam, 6-1. Ana Batiri and Maria Tavares shut the door on the No. 2 court with a 6-1 win of their own.

Petrei scored her third conference win of the season to open singles play. She bested Alyssa Wolf, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 1. Badillos put the Vandals up 3-0 with her 6-2, 6-1 win in No. 2 play. Tavares earned the clincher for Idaho at the No. 4 position. She scored a decisive 6-1, 6-1 win over Lee.

Jessica Brzozowska notched her fourth win in conference play, taking action on the No. 3 court 6-2, 6-3. Batiri got Idaho's final win of the night with her 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 6

UND's lone win came from Alex Revening in No. 5 play,

The Vandals are back in action against Washington State at 2 p.m. PT on Sunday.
