Â
"I'm very excited for Enrique to finish in the top five," coach
David Nuhn said. "He played great golf. Had he been holing putts in that second round, he might have come close to winning. It's great to see him playing to his ability."
Â

Nuhn said the improvement was a matter of stayed with the plan – irregardless of what happened from shot to shot.
Â
"I'm extremely proud of the guys today," Nuhn said. "We came up with a really good game plan and I felt like we really stuck to it – even through the rough spots. It's easy to abandon the plan when things get a little bit off but the plan was about making the best score on each hole and what happens on one hole shouldn't change your plan to make the best possible score on the next hole."
Â
As a team, the Vandals were 19
th with a 912. Arkansas State won the team title with an even-par 852.
