The third day of spring football was the first day in pads for the Idaho Vandals. Coach Paul Petrino and running backs Isaiah Saunders and Aaron Duckworth share their thoughts on being back in full contact.

There has been a change in the date for the Vandals' second scrimmage. Originally scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 14, at Lewiston's Bengal Field, it now will be at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 21, at Lewiston's Bengal Field. The first scrimmage is Saturday, April 8, at 10 a.m. with the finale on Friday, April 28, at 6 p.m. Both are at the Kibbie Dome.
