MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho looks to bounce back on Saturday night, with defending Big Sky Champions, North Dakota, coming to the Cowan Spectrum for a 7 p.m. rematch.

LAST TIME OUT: The Vandals dropped a tough one to Northern Colorado on Thursday night, 80-63. The Bears came out hot and built a double-digit lead midway through the first half. Idaho's attempted comeback in the second saw the lead slip to single-digits once, but Northern Colorado regained focus and closed things out.
Victor Sanders led Idaho with a game-high 26 points. He also added three assists and four steals.
LAST TIME VS: Idaho topped North Dakota on the road to start the conference portion of the schedule, 74-57. The Vandals got up big early, leading by 17 at the break, and never looked back.
The Vandals got a balanced scoring effort, with
Perrion Callandret leading the way at 13 points.
Brayon Blake added 12, while Sanders finished with 11.
RECORD CHASING: Sanders moved into third in program history in scoring on Thursday, joining Orlando Lightfoot (2,102) and Stephen Madison (1,624). Sanders now has 1,609 career points, just 15 points away from tying fellow Jefferson High grad Madison for second.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Brayon Blake earned Big Sky Conference Player of the Week honors after averaging 24 points and 10.5 rebounds per game over the weekend.
