MOSCOW, Idaho – The Vandal men look to keep the momentum rolling with Portland State making its way to the Cowan Spectrum for a 7 p.m. tipoff on Saturday.  The game will be televised nationally on Eleven Sports, with Matt Chazanow and Joe Cravens on the call.

LAST TIME OUT: Idaho came from behind to defeat Sacramento State, 69-68.  The Vandals trailed by 11 with under eight minutes to play but used a 15-0 run to take the win.
 
Victor Sanders led the way with 21 points and now sits seven points behind Connor Hill for fifth on the all-time scoring list.
 
DEFENSE FIRST: The Idaho defense has been tremendous all season long, and currently ranks among the nation's best in many categories.  Idaho is holding opponents to 28.8 percent shooting beyond the arc, the best mark in the Big Sky and the seventh best average in the country.  The Vandals are also holding opponents to just 64.7 points per game, the 33^rd best average in the nation.
 
NON-CONFERENCE SUCCESS: Idaho finished the non-conference portion of the season at 8-4.  In Don Verlin's now 10 seasons with Idaho, the eight early-season wins are tied for the most.  The Vandals had eight early-season wins during the 2015-16 season, Idaho's best season (by wins and losses) since the early 1990's.
