MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho stays at home to take on Montana State at 7 p.m. on Thursday night.  The Vandals will be celebrating Educator Appreciation Night, with $9 tickets for all teachers/administrators with a school ID.

LAST TIME OUT: The Vandals finished off the season sweep of the EWU Eagles, winning 66-64, in front of more than 3,100 fans in the Cowan Spectrum.  The game was close all night, with 20 lead changes throughout, but Idaho was able to seal the win with a clutch bucket and an even more clutch block from Brayon Blake down the stretch.
 
NATE STEPS UP: Nate Sherwood had an exceptional night against Eastern Washington, finishing with a Division I career-best 23 points.  He connected on 9-of-13 field goal attempts (69%), including a career-high three 3-pointers.  He also four rebounds and an assist.
 
MATCHUP: Idaho is 55-62 all-time against Montana State, including a split last season.  Both games were tightly contested, with Idaho edging out Montana State, 83-81, in overtime at home in early January.  The road contest was also close, with the Bobcats stealing the 94-91, double-overtime win.
