Seattle, Wash. – Idaho's track and field program gets back to work with one more meet before the 2016 Big Sky Indoor Championships this weekend as they compete in the Husky Classic, a two-day event tomorrow and Saturday hosted by the University of Washington.
The Vandals will look to build off their excellent previous performance in Pullman and reach peak performance in this meet as they make their final preparations before next weekend at Montana State.
Sprinter Ben Ayesu-Attah looks to continue his stellar indoor season as he has won the 400m at the last two meets. The Vandals will look for similar leadership and performance from fellow seniors Matt Sullivan, who won the Pole Vault last weekend, Drew Thompson, and Jesse Villines.
The women look to build off strong individual performances last week as thrower Kolcie Bates, distance runners McCall Skay and Kara Story, and sprinter Meghan Palesch all set personal records in their respective events.
Check back here for results and recap after each day of the meet.
