CEDAR CITY, Utah--The Vandal women's basketball team is back on the road this week. Idaho opens play on Thursday with a 5:30 p.m. PT tip-off at Southern Utah.

About Idaho: The Vandals are coming off a 1-1 weekend after splitting with Weber State and Idaho State. The Vandals put up a season-high 95 points in the win over WSU.

About the Opponent: Southern Utah is off to an 0-5 start to the Big Sky season. Last week the Thunderbirds lost out to Sacramento State and Portland State. Â Darri Frandsen leads SUU with 12.0 points per game.Â
