LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Beach Invitational came to a close on Saturday, with Idaho again moving up the conference rankings and seeing a handful of personal-bests.
Zion Stuffle ran his fastest time of the season in the 400-meter hurdles at 53.21 seconds, the fourth best time in the conference this season.
Kaizer Gillispie posted his fastest 200-meter time of his career to move into 10
th in the Big Sky at 21.66 seconds.
A pair of athletes moved up the rankings in the 400-meter hurdles, led by
Wednesday Walton. Walton narrowly missed her personal-best in the event, finishing at 1:02.83.
Meghan Palesch moved up a couple spots in the rankings, running a season-best time of 1:02.92.
Kolcie Bates had a season-best performance in the discus at 45.45 meters (149-01).
Halie Raudenbush ran a personal-best in the 1500-meters, moving to just outside the top-10 in the Big Sky at 4:37.73.
Nathan Stark also ran a personal-best, on the men's side, with a time of 3:51.90.
Ben Doucette ran the best time of his young career in the 110-meters, finishing fifth at 14.44 seconds.
