Idaho takes on Northern Colorado and North Dakota

GREELEY, Colo.--Idaho heads back out on the road this week, visiting Northern Colorado to open on Thursday. The rematch is set for a 6 p.m. PT start.

The Game: Idaho heads out on the road this week for a pair of Big Sky rematches. The Vandals start the week in Greeley, Colo., taking on the Bears. The Vandals turned the ball over 29 times in the first meeting in Moscow, resulting in a 78-72 loss.



About The Vandals: Idaho is in the midst of a tight race in the Big Sky with a 4-3 start. The Vandals are on a two- game winning streak for the second time this season. Idaho has a trio of 1,000-point scorers in Mikayla Ferenz, Geraldine McCorkell and Taylor Pierce. The group has led the team this season in scoring, totaling 73.4 percent of Idaho's points this season (950 combined).  

About the Bears: The Bears are in a four-way tie for the top spot in the Big Sky with a 5-2 record. UNC has lost two of its last three games, all on the road.  UNC lead North Dakota by 14 last week before falling 78-70 in Grand Forks. 

Last Time Out: Mikayla Ferenz and Taylor Pierce combined for 13 of Idaho's 15 3-pointers in Idaho's 83-68 win over Northern Arizona last Saturday. Ferenz scored a game-high 33 points, while Pierce added 21.
