THE BATTLE OF THE PALOUSE: The annual Battle of the Palouse is back, taking place in Pullman this year.  The historic rivalry is now in its 114th season, and is the longest continuously running rivalry outside of the Ivy League.

Idaho has won three-of-four in the rivalry, including a 91-64 thrashing last season.  The win was the third largest in Battle history, and the largest since the 1960's.  The win was also Idaho's largest over an opponent in the PAC-12/PAC-10/PAC-8, which was created in 1968.

BIG SKY LEADERS: Cameron Tyson continues to lead the Big Sky in a handful of categories after another strong week.  He is currently first in the league in 3's per game (4.3) and 3-point percentage (57.7).  He is seventh in the country in both statistics.  Tyson is the top-scoring freshman in the conference at 16.4 points per game, and, despite nearly 75 percent of his shots coming from beyond the arc, is third in the Big Sky in overall field goal percentage at 55.7.

Trevon Allen is currently atop the Big Sky in assist-to-turnover ratio at 4.3.  Allen is 16th in the nation.

LAST TIME OUT: Idaho got its first road and Division I win of the year, at North Dakota on Saturday, 67-54.  Allen led the way for Idaho with 19 points, while Tyson added four 3's and finished with 13 points.
