OGDEN, Utah- Idaho junior Enrique Marin was named Big Sky Men's Golfer of the Week, the league announced Wednesday. Marin led the Vandals at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate with a 1-under (215) to finish in a tie for 25th. It is his third weekly honor of the season and career.
 
Marin carded a 4-under 68 in the first round, the lowest score to par in an opening round of his career. He would post another sub-par score in round two, before completing the tournament with a 76. Marin has recorded Idaho's best score in 17 of 21 rounds played this season.
 
The Vandals return to action March 10-13, at the Bandon Dunes Championship.
