"Regionals is so fun," said head coach
Lisa Johnson. "We're excited to go to Wisconsin, a place we've never been, to compete and have a memorable experience. Going to Wisconsin suits us well. They have similar grass being a fellow northern school. I've been to the course and it will play long, which will benefit some of our players for sure."
Each regional site consists of 18 teams and six individuals. The top six teams and three individuals from non-qualifying teams advance to the national championships. The NCAA Women's Golf Championships will be May 18-23, at Karsten Creek Golf Club, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, hosted by Oklahoma State University.Â

"We need to build off the momentum of the conference championship," Johnson said. "The best thing we did there was putt. Our putting significantly improved over the course of the semester. We need to manage our game on the greens, stay relaxed and have fun."
