FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Sophie Hausmann recorded a 1-under 71 in the final round of the Colonel Wollenberg's Ptarmigan Ram Classic Wednesday, to finish eighth place at 1-over for the tournament. Hausmann led the way for Idaho women's golf to take fifth place as a team. The Vandals finished at 27-over (304-292-295=891), one stroke back of fourth place and six shots clear of host Colorado State in sixth place.
Hausmann improved each round to finish just over par (74-72-71=217) and claim her second top-10 finish in as many events this season. She carded one eagle and 35 pars and just one hole worse than bogey over 54 holes.
Hausmann was joined in the top 10 by sophomore

Senior
