MOSCOW, Idaho – In the final exhibition game of the preseason, the Idaho men's basketball team fell to Lewis-Clark State College, 88-73. Four Vandals finished with double figure scoring.

THE GAME
The Warriors came out shooting hot, and shot over 50% from the beyond the arc, making eight treys in the first half. The Vandals used a 10-0 run late in the first half to get within four points, but entered halftime trailing 46-40.

LCSC grabbed the momentum back coming out of the break, leading by as many as 17. The home side chipped away, getting the deficit to single digits with just over six minutes to play, but a 9-0 run by the Warriors regained control for Lewis-Clark and they would eventually win, 88-73.

Marquell Fraser and
BJ Simmons led the squad with 15 points each, while
Trevon Allen had 13 and
Quinton Forrest added 12 points.

Idaho edged LCSC in fast break points, 13-7.

The Vandals got to the line 29 times, but finished the game 16-29 (55.2 percent) from the charity stripe.

Marquell Fraser. Fraser, who missed most of last season with an injury, finished the night with 15 points and eight rebounds. He has now scored in double figures in both exhibition games.
