MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandals host Southern Utah on Monday evening in Cowan Spectrum. The game in Cowan Spectrum is scheduled to tipoff at 6:30 p.m.

SCOUTING THE THUNDERBIRDS (11-7, 4-3 BSC): SUU is 4-3 in conference play with no BSC loss greater than three points. Most recently, the Thunderbirds fell to Eastern Washington, 81-78, in overtime. Dwayne Morgan led the squad with 22 points and eight rebounds, while three others scored in double figures.

Overall this season, SUU is averaging 74.6 ppg, led by Cameron Oluyitan, who scores 13.8 ppg. John Knight III (13.5 ppg) and Morgan (11.6 ppg) both average double figure scoring as well. Harrison Butler leads the Thunderbirds in rebounding, pulling down 7.1 boards per game.

SCOUTING THE VANDALS (5-13, 1-6 BSC): Idaho is led by Trevon Allen who scores 20.0 ppg, which is second most in the Big Sky. Quinton Forrest leads the Vandals in rebounding, pulling down 6.4 boards per game.

LAST TIME OUT: The Vandals fell at home to Northern Colorado. Allen led Idaho with 23 points, while Damen Thacker chipped in 12. Keyshaad Dixon pulled down seven boards to lead the squad.

SERIES HISTORY: Idaho and Southern Utah have each won 11 times in the 22 meetings between the teams. The Thunderbirds took both matchups last season.

1000 POINT CLUB: Trevon Allen joined the 1000 point club with a three-pointer against Eastern Washington (Jan. 17). The senior is the 17th Vandal in school history to reach the benchmark. Allen now sits at 1068 career points, which is 15th in school history.
