MOSCOW, Idaho – Three Vandals took the field over the weekend in the National Football League.
 
Kaden Elliss helped the New Orleans Saints win their third straight game, defeating the Carolina Panthers 27-24. He saw the most time on special teams, playing 55 percent of snaps.
 
Elijhaa Penny made an impact on special teams as well, playing 77 percent of snaps for the New York Giants in a close loss at the Philadelphia Eagles.
 
Benson Mayowa picked up three tackles in Seattle's loss at the Arizona Cardinals. He played 53 snaps on defense, as well as 10 on special teams. Teammate Mike Iupati sat out this week as he continues to recover from a back injury.
