RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Idaho women's golf opens up its spring season on Monday, competing in the Battle at the Rock at the Oak Quarry Golf Club in Riverside, Calif.
 
The Vandals will feature Eddie Hsu, Vicky Tsai, Valeria Patino, Grace Frazier and Laura Gerner.
 
Idaho was led by Tsai during the fall season.   She led the Vandals in three tournaments, including a 3-under performance at the WSU Cougar Cup in September.
 
Also competing will be Boise State, Cal Baptist, Cal Poly, CSU Bakersfield, Cal State Fullerton, CSUN, Grand Canyon, Hawaii, Nevada, Northern Colorado, Santa Clara, Southern Illinois, Wyoming, UC Davis, UC Riverside and Utah Valley.
 
The Vandals were recently picked by the league's coaches to finish second in the Big Sky Conference.
