THE GAME: Idaho soccer moved indoors for the first time, becoming the first NCAA Division I school to have its soccer program play all of its games inside. The Vandals packed the Kibbie Dome for the opening match, against in-state rival Boise State, to the tune of 4,171 screaming fans, the largest ever crowd at an NCAA soccer game played indoors. A standard physical game between the Vandals and the Broncos, there were 11 total cards, including one ejection on the night. BSU took the 1-0 advantage with under 20 minutes to play, but Idaho kept the pressure on to make for one of the most exciting finishes in program history.
Â
THURSDAY NIGHT THROWBACKS: Next week will feature Idaho football's 2019 win over Idaho State in the Kibbie Dome. Check back with GoVandals.com next week for more information on who else will be joining the stream.
