MOSCOW, Idaho – Senior Kayode Rufai has had an interesting journey to get to Moscow. The 6'4 defensive lineman grew up in Portland and attended Boise State for three seasons before moving up north to join the Vandals.


 
Outside of football, Rufai is deeply connected to his family and took a trip to Nigeria in the fourth grade to see relatives and learn about the culture. He's also just like any other 20-something and enjoys winding down with video games and friends.
 
Of course football is on his mind as the 2020 season begins to ramp up. Check the video above to learn more about Rufai and what to expect out of the Vandals this season.
