Jadyn Hanks had an outstanding performance during Friday night's game against Northern Arizona. The Vandals are now 8-2-1.
Hanks scored her second goal of the season in the 14
th minute by firing into the low left corner. Hanks now joins a total of five Vandals tied for top scorer, each with three goals under their belts.
Hanks had quite the turnaround with her second goal of the game in the 24
th minute. During the remainder of the half, Idaho had a total of three shots and
Avrie Fox had four saves.
Quickly into the second half,
Margo Schoesler scored her third goal of the season (54
th minute). Schoesler's goal was assisted by
Maddy Lasher.
The Vandals played a strong second half, however, in the 84
th minute, the Lumberjacks scored their first and final goal of the game.
The Vandals will be facing Southern Utah Sunday, October 3 and 12:00 noon back in the Kibbie Dome.
