Spring Football Season One Week Away

MOSCOW, Idaho
– Idaho football continues to prepare for the upcoming spring season, presented by Famous Idaho Potatoes, now just one week away. The squad took to the field on Saturday morning to work out some kinks and get the week one preparations officially underway.
 
OPENING GAME: The Vandals will face the Eagles of Eastern Washington on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. The game will be televised live on SWX and will be streamed on PlutoTV. Fans can catch all of the action with the new Voice of the Vandals, Chris King, on the Vandal Radio Network.
 
FANS ALLOWED AT HOME GAMES: The Vandals will allow a limited number of fans at home games this season. Tickets are on sale now for previous season ticket holders, and will go on sale to the general public beginning Monday at 9 a.m. For more information, click here.
 
VANDALS RANKED NO. 24: Idaho earned a No. 24 ranking according to Athlon Sports in its Preseason FCS Poll. Idaho is one of three Big Sky schools ranked, behind Weber State and Eastern Washington.
 
WEEKLY PRESSER: Head coach Paul Petrino and select assistants and student-athletes will speak to the media every Tuesday, beginning at 12 p.m. Last week, offensive coordinator Kris Cinkovich and defensive coordinator Mike Breske also spoke with the media.
