MOSCOW, Idaho – University of Idaho graduate midfielder Savannah Foster was named to the United Soccer Coaches' NCAA Division I Women's All-West Region, the association announced recently.
 
Foster helped lead the Vandals to a 12-3-3 record and a draw in the in the Big Sky Conference Championship match. It is the third-most wins of any team in program history and the best winning percentage (.800).
 
She played in all 18 games and tallied four goals, including two game winners and two assists.
 
Over her career, Foster played in a school-record 82 games and started in 69, playing over 6,300 minutes on the pitch for the Vandals. She tallied 11 career goals and five game-winners.
 
During the 2022 season, her leadership set the tone for the midfield and helped Idaho complete 13 shutouts, including 10 consecutive games.
 
Foster was one of three Vandals to earn All-Big Sky First-Team honors.
