MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho women's basketball hosts Lewis-Clark State Friday evening at ICCU Arena in an exhibition game, the first public exhibition game of the season for the Vandals.
The new-look Vandals open the first season under head coach Arthur Moriera with just three players on the roster who were on the roster a season ago.
Idaho finished 15-16 last season, but the infusion of new talent and a new coaching philosophy under Moriera have the Vandals ready to make an impact in 2024-25.
Idaho hosts an LCSC team who finished 26-6 a season ago and advanced to the second round of the NAIA tournament. Second-year head coach Caelyn Orlandi was an All-American for the Warriors before taking the helm a season ago.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. There will be no coverage or stats available. Tickets for the game will be $5 and are available at govandals.com/tickets.
