MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Cross Country team is set to make their 2024 season debut Friday at the Clash of the Inland Northwest. The meet will be hosted by Eastern Washington in Cheney, Wash. The competition will begin with the women's 4k at 8:30 am PT followed by the men's 6k at 9 am PT.

Succeeding the Clash of the Inland Northwest, Idaho cross county will continue its season at the Washington State Invitational in Colfax, Wash. on Friday, September 13th.  

BIG SKY PRESEASON COACHES POLL 

The women's team is predicted to finish fourth according to the Big Sky preseason poll, after finishing only two points shy of third in the conference last year and second the year prior. Three of the team's top five performers from the previous season will be competing for the Vandals once again this year.  

The Vandal men have also been given the fourth spot in the Big Sky preseason poll after finishing in fourth place last year and fifth the year before.
