MOSCOW, Idaho – Both Vandal cross country teams were named to the 2024 NCAA Division I Men's Cross Country All-Academic Teams list published by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. 

The Idaho men finished with the second-best GPA of all Division One cross country teams, posting a cumulative GPA of 3.88. The Vandal men posted a 3.9 GPA last season, the best in Division One.

The women came in 23rd nationally with a 3.77 cumulative GPA. This is the second straight season the women's team has earned top 25 honors. 

Between the two teams, 17 student-athletes completed the fall semester with a 4.0 GPA, and 14 runners earned a place on the 2024 Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team, also released Thursday.
