MOSCOW, Idaho –  Vandal Women's Hoops (1-1) return home to open play at ICCU Arena, welcoming Walla Walla University (1-1) for the first home contest of the 2025–26 season.

Tipoff is set for Sunday at 2 p.m., with coverage available from Trevor Williams and Stephen Madison on the call for ESPN+ and the Vandal Radio Network with Doug Taylor.

After a thrilling start to the season that included a headline-grabbing road win at Washington State, the Vandals are looking to bounce back from their recent setback at UC Davis and build momentum on their home floor. Idaho's balanced scoring attack has been fueled early by Kyra Gardner and Ana Pinheiro, both of whom have posted career-high performances in the first two games of the season.

Sunday's matchup marks the third meeting between Idaho and Walla Walla since 2023, with the Vandals decisively winning both previous contests. The Wolves enter the game at 1-1 under the direction of a new head coach, looking to continue establishing their identity early in the season.
For Idaho, the game provides a key opportunity to find rhythm offensively and continue developing chemistry with several new faces in the rotation. With a competitive nonconference slate ahead, the Vandals will look to use the start of a four-game homestand to build confidence and consistency on their home court.
