FARMINGTON, Utah – The Big Sky Conference released its Scholar Athletes for the 2024-25 athletic year on Wednesday. Vandal student-athletes Jenna Bruggeman and Tommy McCormick were Idaho's selections this season. 

In order to be eligible for this award, student-athletes must have exhausted their athletic eligibility, and/or be graduating and have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, participated in a Big Sky-sponsored sport, and completed two years of intercollegiate competition while being a letter winner. 

Bruggeman, a women's golfer, is an Art and Architecture major from Edmonton, Alberta, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. McCormick, an all-conference football star from Fallon, Nev., graduated with a 4.0 in Medical Sciences.
