Idaho-Montana Game Set for Prime Time

MOSCOW, Idaho – ESPN and the Big Sky Conference announced on Friday that Idaho Football's game at Montana on September 27 will be on ESPN 2 at 7:15 p.m. PT.

With the announcement, Idaho Football will now be on ESPN 2 twice during the regular season. The Vandals will also be featured on ESPN 2 when they head to Flagstaff, Ariz. for a Halloween showdown against Northern Arizona.

In addition to Idaho's game against Washington State – to be featured on The CW – the Vandals will be showcased on national TV a conference-leading three times this year, showing the overall strength of Idaho's brand.

"We couldn't be more excited to have three nationally televised games this season," first-year Head Coach Thomas Ford said of the announcement. "The Vandal family spans across the country. For our fans to be able to have watch parties from coast to coast so easily is truly a blessing. We have the best fans in all of FCS football, so it's not a surprise that we were able to get these opportunities to show the nation what we're about this year!"

The Vandals lead the overall series against Montana 57-31-2 and reclaimed the historic Little Brown Stein in their last trip to Missoula.

Idaho will start the 2025 season on August 30 at Washington State, kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. Information on Idaho's ticket allocation for that game will be released as it becomes available.
