Vandal Women Stumble in Bozeman

BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Idaho Vandals Women's Basketball team played against the Montana State Bobcats on Saturday, ultimately stumbling against MSU by a final score of 66-99. The 'Cats went ahead 14-6 by the first media timeout, and the Vandals wouldn't catch up from there. 

Portuguese sophomore, Ana Pinheiro, had a great game, recording 15 points and six rebounds. This was the fifth time over the last half dozen games that Pinheiro has led the Vandals in scoring. Debora Dos Santos was a perfect 4-4 from the floor, chipping in 10 points and five rebounds. 

UP NEXT: The Vandals return home for their first game in ICCU Arena since December 20, and will host Idaho State on Thursday, Jan. 15. That game will tip off at 6 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+ or heard on the Vandal Radio network.
