MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandals Women's Basketball team (12-5, 3-1) returns to ICCU Arena on Saturday for a game against the Weber State Wildcats (6-12, 0-5). 
 
The game will tip off at 2 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+. Davis Hagen and Stephen Madison will be on the call on TV, and Doug Taylor, the Voice of the Vandals, can be heard over the airwaves on the Vandal Athletics Radio Network. 
 
The Vandals enter the game following a big 81-68 win over in-state rival Idaho State in Thursday's game. Four Vandals scored in double-digits, led by Ana Pinheiro, who scored 14 and has led the Vandals in scoring six of the last seven games. Debora Dos Santos recorded her second double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Dos Santos, a five-star prospect out of the transfer portal from San Francisco, is now at 991 career points. 
 
Idaho's Big Sky Conference-leading offense is anchored by Kyra Gardner and Hope Hassmann, both of whom are averaging 13.1 points per game. The Vandals lead the Big Sky Conference and are scoring nearly 80 points per game. 
 
Weber State enters Saturday's contest hungry for its first conference win of the season. The Wildcats' leading scorer, Antoinette Emma-Nnopu, is putting up 14.5 points per game and recently came back from injury. She is second in the Big Sky Conference, averaging 10.4 rebounds per game. 

IDAHO NOTES 
  • The Vandals have made 121 three-pointers this season and have made a three ball in 560 consecutive games.
  • With Arthur Moreira at the helm, Idaho has the first Brazilian head coach in Division I history. The Vandals also have the most Brazilians on roster of any team in Division I with three.
  • Idaho has one of the youngest coaching staffs in Division I, with an average age of 32.
  • UI has scored 80 or more points 10 times this year, and is 9-1 in those contests.
  • Debora Dos Santos is currently at 991 career points, while Hope Hassmann is at 893.
