MOSCOW, Idaho - Idaho Track and Field continues its 2026 indoor season with a split meet weekend, with athletes divided across the Evergreen State between the Husky Classic in Seattle and the Whitworth Indoor Invitational in Spokane. 

Reigning Big Sky Athletes of the Week Keenan Kuntz and Hanna Tait headline those representing the Black and Gold in the Emerald City. Kuntz will compete in the 200 on Friday and the 60 on Saturday in his first appearance since setting the Big Sky Conference record in the 60 meter dash last weekend, running a 6.61. Tait broke the eight year old long jump school record at the Idaho Team Challenge, and is scheduled to contest the high jump and 60 hurdles Friday, along with the 400 Saturday. 

Four Vandal women, Kathryn Burnette, Tesse Kamps, Beatriz Marciano, and Ivy Smith, will participate in both the weight throw and shot put in Seattle, while Gioele Tengattini and Evan Hartt will sport the Black and Gold in the shot put and Bradley and Caden Hottman and Mason Andulajevic are set for the weight throw on Friday. 

New women's 60 meter record holder Jana Williems, along with Rhyan Madden, Blossom Omogor, and Adelyn Mitchell, highlight the seven Vandals participating in the event Saturday in Spokane. All four will also be involved in the 200, while Madden and Omogor, plus Lara Holzhauer and Maiya Brunoro will run the 400.

The Vandals will split up across the Evergreen State next weekend, sending athletes to the Husky Invite in Seattle and the Whitworth Indoor Invitational in Spokane.
