MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandal women's golf team tees off the spring season Tuesday and Wednesday at the BGSU Intercollegiate at Wigwam in the Phoenix area.
 
Zoe Newell is coming off an outstanding fall season that saw her lead the Vandals with a 73.3 stroke average and a pair of podium finishes. She opens the spring where she left off, at the top spot in the lineup.
 
Diya Brar will play in the No. 2 spot, Boram Jung will play at No. 3, Kaylin Johnson opens spring in the No. 4 spot and Laura Caamaño will round out the lineup at No. 5.
 
Ella Kozak will play the tournament as an individual.
 
The tournament includes three Big Sky teams along with 12 other mid-major programs from across the country.
 
The Wigwam Blue course will play at a par 71 at 6,000 yards. The teams will tee off at 8 a.m. and play 36 holes on Tuesday before closing with 18 holes on Wednesday.
