MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho soccer closes out its island trip to the Outrigger Invitational on Saturday, taking on host Hawai'i at 5 PM. The Vandals enter the match following the 1-1 draw versus Western Michigan on Tuesday.  

Hallie Prinos-Grumbach scored first in the 25th minute against Western Michigan off an assist from Miranda Goldner. The Vandal defense held the advantage for most of the match before WMU's Camryn Huhn tied the score in the 76th minute. Senior goalkeeper, and Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week, Paula Flores, finished the match with four saves. 

The Vandals turn their attention to the Blue Wahine squad, who are coming off a 3-1 loss to Western Michigan on Thursday. 

The Broncos had a 3-0 advantage going into halftime, scoring in the sixth, 20th, and 43rd minutes before Hawai'i freshman, Olivia Dianda, found the net in the second half. Despite the loss, the Blue Wahine matched the WMU's total shot count of 12, falling three short of the Brown and Gold's on goal shot count of nine.  
Hawai'i forward, Anuhea Aluli, helped lead the Rainbow Wahine's attack with five shots, in addition to her assist on Dianda's goal. Junior goalkeeper, Kennedy Justin, finished the match with six saves, entering Saturday's matchup with 121 career stops.  

The final contest of the trip gives Idaho and Hawai'i a quick turnaround against a common opponent. The Vandals battled Western Michigan to a draw earlier in the trip, while the Rainbow Wahine defense showed improvement in the second half of Thursday's loss after allowing three goals in the first.  

The meeting renews a match-up, where Idaho looks to continue their two-win streak against former Western Athletic Conference opponent, Hawai'i.
