MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho soccer returns home Friday night to host Gonzaga at 7 p.m. at the P1FCU Kibbie Dome.
 
The Black and Gold are coming off with a 2-0 victory over UC Davis on Sunday. Idaho put together a strong showing on the road, earning its sixth shutout of the season and closing out the weekend with a strong win.
 
Sunday's results moved Idaho to 6-2-1 on the season, with the team earning four wins in its last five matches. After spending the weekend on the road, Idaho returns to Moscow ready to close out the non-conference portion of its schedule at home.
 
Gonzaga enters Friday's match with a 5-4-1 record after facing a variety of opponents throughout its non-conference slate. The Bulldogs have picked wins over Creighton, Utah Valley and Montana this season and will face an Idaho defense that has been a strong point for the Vandals this season.
 
The Vandals return to Moscow looking to close out the non-conference portion of the season with another strong showing before turning their attention to Big Sky Conference play. Friday's match is set for 7 p.m. at the P1FCU Kibbie Dome.

Following Friday's matchup, Idaho will remain at home to face Weber State on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.
