(Pronounced AH-sween-ah)

2011: Moved to fullback/H-back in the spring and played in all 12 games in a backup role and on special teams.

2010: Had three total tackles and one tackle for loss in a dual role in which he occasionally was brought in at fullback.

2009: Scout team player.

2008: Redshirted.

High school: Played fullback and defensive tackle in high school … as a junior, had 28 solo tackles and 17 assists for a total of 45 – an average of 5.6 per game … also had four sacks and one fumble recovery … had a single-game high 10 tackles … missed part of junior season but still earned second-team all-Mountain View League recognition … missed senior season because of surgery to repair injury sustained during junior season.
