2013: Earned a scholarship and a full-time role on special teams and a backup position in the secondary ... played in 11 games and had nine total tackles (six solo and three assists) ... also had one pass breakup vs. Fresno State ... best game was four total tackles (two solo, two assists) against Fresno State.
2012: Earned a spot on the travel squad and played in three games.
2011: Primarily a scout team player.
2010: Redshirt ... Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year.
High school: As a senior, was Mountain Home High School’s Male Athlete of the Year after earning first-team all-state and first-team all-conference honors at defensive back ... as a junior, also was a first-team all-state and first-team all-district selection at defensive back ... also played basketball ... All-Southern Idaho and All-State Academic Award winner ... graduated with honors.
Personal: Son of Shana and Tom Hennessey ... born June 11, 1992 ... majoring in Exercise Science and Health ... father, Tom Hennessey, is third on Idaho’s all-time tackles list after playing linebacker for the Vandals.
