Biography

2013: Played in nine games and started four at cornerback ... had 20 total tackles (16 solo and four assists) ... also had two tackles for loss and two pass breakups.

Junior college: Came to Idaho from Santa Barbara City College after a sophomore season during which he knocked down 20 passes in addition to accumulating 46 tackles (21 solo and 25 assists). He also had two pass interceptions and accounted for 2½ tackles for loss.

High school: Parham is a 2010 graduate of Berkeley High School at Oakland, Calif.

Personal: Son of Delency Parham and Tenesha Jackson ... born July 22, 1992.
