2015: Started all 12 games at center and developed into one of the top players at the position ... part of an offensive unit that was the Sun Belt Conference leader and among FBS’s best in a number of statistical categories.
2014: Played in all 11 games and started eight at quick guard ... during the winter, earned starting center role in place of four-year starter Mike Marboe.
2013: Joined the team in August and earned a starting role as a true freshman ... started eight games at quick guard ... one of just 13 true FBS freshman to start in 2013.
High school: Two-time all-conference choice as well as two-time all-state selection at Capital High School ... was team captain as a junior and senior.
Personal: Son of the late Lisa Matlock ... born June 30, 1995.
