The University of Idaho High School Overnight Camp is designed for advanced high school players who are serious about improving their game and competing at a higher level. This camp is intended for athletes with strong playing experience who want to train in a fast-paced, competitive environment while receiving instruction from the University of Idaho coaching staff.
This three-day overnight camp includes eight total training sessions, providing athletes with a large amount of high-quality reps and advanced instruction. Each session will focus on different aspects of the game, including position-specific training, advanced skill development, team systems, and competitive gameplay. Drills and game situations will challenge players to improve their technique, decision-making, and consistency while competing against other high-level athletes.
Athletes will stay overnight on campus and experience a collegiate-style training environment similar to what is expected at the next level. The goal of the camp is to help high school players refine their skills, compete against strong competition, and continue preparing for varsity and collegiate volleyball opportunities.
