Morgan makes his way to the Palouse from Anthem, Arizona – an area that Morgan loves and knows well. For the past three seasons, Morgan worked for Arizona football as a player personnel assistant under coaches Jed Fisch and Brent Brennan. His responsibilities included identifying and evaluating talent and coordinating official and unofficial recruiting visits. He helped the Wildcats with their 40th-ranked recruiting class in 2023 and was a big piece in Arizona signing the 37th-best class in the transfer portal in 2024. He also spent time as a journalist covering high school sports in Arizona. He will spend this season as a recruiting analyst for Coach Ford and the Vandals.
