Moos is a 2012 graduate of Arizona State University where he was a three-year letterman and played on the 2007 Pac-12 Championship team. He played in 34 career games and had 16 starts. He was a 2011 Pac-12 honorable mention all-conference choice. He was on his team's leadership council and served as a team captain.

He played for the Cologne Falcons in the German Football League in 2013. He started all 15 games on the defensive line. Additionally, he was a youth team coach in Cologne.

He also was a studio intern for the Pac-12 Network.
