2009: Missed two games with injury and started seven ... had 41 total tackles (27 solo and 14 assists) as well as four passes defensed ... had six solo tackles and one assist in addition to TFL and one pass breakup in Humanitarian Bowl victory.

2008: Earned a starting role in the Vandal secondary ... had 42 total tackles (32 solo and 10 assists) ... led the Vandals with three pass interceptions ... also had two passes defensed in addition to one quarterback hurry and one forced fumble.

2007: As a true freshman, played in eight games as a special teams player and backup safety ... accounted for nine total tackles (seven solo and two assists) and one pass breakup ... Elite Eleven award winner.

High school: Earned all-conference honors and was a team captain for the Bombers ... competed in football, basketball and track.

Personal: Son of Benjie Allen and Jimmy Butts ... born July 6, 1989 ... majoring in Marketing.
