2015:  Played in 11 of 12 games and was a part-time starter ... had 16 solo tackles and four assists ... twice had five tackles ... had five tackles for loss (-5.0 yards) and 1.5 sacks (-2 yards) ... also had two fumble recoveries.

2014:  Saw action in four games ... had one tackle for loss vs. Arkansas State.

Junior college: As a sophomore at West LA, Ayers had 61 total tackles with 17 tackles for loss, eight sacks, 21 hurries, one pass defensed and one fumble recovery. During his freshman season at West LA, he led the state in sacks with 14, while accounting for 53 total tackles (31 solo and 22 assists) with 17 tackles for loss, and one interceptions.

High school: During his senior season at Fremont High School, Ayers was a first-team all-state and first-team all-conference selection as well as being chosen team captain.

Personal: Born May 8, 1992 ... son of Michelle Wilson.
