JUNIOR (2023): Appeared in 11 games... Tallied 38 tackles, including 12 solo... Recorded five sacks for a total loss of 38 yards... Forced a loss on seven tackles, totaling 40 yards... Made two pass break ups and forced five quarterback hurries... Led the team in most quarterback hurries and ranked second in both tackles for loss and sacks. 

2022 (Montana Tech): Earned First-Team All-Frontier Conference honors at Montana Tech... Tallied 61 total tackles and led the Frontier Conference with nine sacks... Tallied two sacks against Montana Western and Rocky Mountain.

2021 (Montana Tech): Tallied 31 total tackles and 4.0 sacks.

High School: Played prep for head coach Scott Evans at Helena HS. Selected second team all-conference. Chosen to play in the East-West Shrine Game.
 
Personal: Keyshawn, son of Kassidy Merrill and Erniest James, plans on pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering
