Major: Organizational Sciences
2016: Battled injury but saw action in 10 games ... had three tackles with one sack.
2015: Battled injury and played in just three games ... had two solo tackles.
2014: Injured and redshirted.
2013: Earned playing time as a true freshman at defensive end ... played in six games and had one solo tackle at Arkansas State.
High school: As a senior, Cable earned first-team all-Seamount League honors as a linebacker. The son of former Vandal player and coach Tom Cable (currenlty an assistant with the Seattle Seahawks), Zach Cable also played tight end at Hazen.
Personal: Son of Tom Cable, former University of Idaho offensive lineman and head coach, and current assistant with Seattle Seahawks ... born May 16, 1995.
